These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CV Pad platform, website, and services (collectively, "Services"). These Terms incorporate by reference the Data Protection policy available at cvpad.io/data-protection, as well as any additional guidelines, terms, policies, and disclaimers provided by CV Pad from time to time.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between CV Tech LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries globally ("CV Pad," "we," "us") and you, the user ("you," "User") of the Services.
CV Pad is a blockchain-based platform that facilitates the swapping of tokens. Projects can offer their native tokens ("Pool") to Users, who may exchange them for other crypto assets. Access to the tokens ("Services") involves using the underlying application, all associated services, and any trials or beta features provided by CV Pad.
To access the platform, Users must stake the CVPAD token. Specific details on staking are available and regularly updated on the official CV Pad communication channels.
Users are required to connect their ERC-20 compatible wallet to access the Pool. CV Pad is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from such connections or token purchases from the Pool.
It is understood that while the platform facilitates access to tokens, it does not guarantee the performance of any tokens purchased through the platform. Token allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis and is not guaranteed.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

The Services may include content or services provided by third parties ("Third Party Services"). CV Pad is not responsible for Third Party Services and does not endorse their content. Your use of any Third Party Services is at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CV Pad and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or any third-party rights.
CV Pad may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services, and any rights granted to you under these Terms will end.
CV Pad provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CV Pad is not responsible for any damages that may result from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
